아로니아!

체르노빌핵발전소 폭발사고에서 유일하게 살아 남았습니다.

그 대가로 안토시아닌을 많이 지닐 수 있는 특혜를 받았고

'천사의 선물'이라는 칭호를 얻었습니다.

건강의 파수꾼으로 급부상한 아로니아는

여름이 되면 온몸을 검은 알통으로 무장합니다.

갯바위에 붙은 따개비처럼 새까맣게 매달린 이 알통들은

아로니아가 하늘의 용광로를 수 천번 삼켰다 7어내는

행위예술로 만들어 낸 작품입니다.

그래서일까요?

까맣게 그을린 피부를 살짝 들춰 보면

검붉은 태양을 마주할 수 있습니다.

저 열정이 입안으로 들어오면 떫은 맛에 혀가 움츠려듭니다.

이는 아로니아 속살에 갇힌 태양의 분노가 아직 남아 있기 때문입니다.

저 분노를 조용히 삭혀주기 위해서는

효소나 식초로 변신시켜 주는 것이 가장 좋습니다.

이렇듯 시간을 먹으며 분노가 삭혀진 효소안에는

생명의 정화수가 가득 담기게 됩니다.

아로니아는 삼둥이로 태어나는 게 기본입니다.

그것은 단시간내에 세력을 키워 수혜자를 넓히기 위함입니다.

사회복지공동모금회도 아로니아의 일생이 좋았나 봅니다.

세가닥 열매를 본뜬 걸 보면 말입니다.

순백의 꽃잎들이 흐드러지게 놀고 간 자리에

까만 동글이들이 지천인 곳이 있습니다.
